How do I get the companies that engaged with my LinkedIn ads into HubSpot or Salesforce?
LinkedIn won't push them for you. Its CRM Sync moves CRM data into LinkedIn, not the other way, and its Company Intelligence API is closed to new applicants. The free route is to export the Companies hub in Campaign Manager to CSV and import it. For an automatic feed, use a tool that writes LinkedIn company engagement onto CRM records: Fibbler (weekly, from $89 a month), ZenABM (from $59 a month), Dreamdata (daily, custom pricing) or Factors.ai workflows. Check each tool's Salesforce plan, and note most only update companies already in your CRM.
As of October 2026.

When each option is the right pick
LinkedIn Companies hub export
Pick it for a one-off or monthly import. In Campaign Manager, click Plan, then Companies. The hub shows paid impressions, clicks, engagements, video views, conversions, leads and qualified leads per company, plus organic engagement. LinkedIn's September 2026 blog adds a lookback of up to 365 days, a job seniority filter and filters for campaigns and ad sets. Click Export to download a CSV, then import it into HubSpot or Salesforce. LinkedIn's newer Companies hub help caps an export at 15,000 rows (an older article says 5,000), metrics under LinkedIn's number threshold show a dash, and you need a Company Page linked to the ad account.
LinkedIn CRM Sync
Pick it when you want CRM revenue inside LinkedIn, not LinkedIn data inside your CRM. In Campaign Manager, click Data, then Signals manager, and connect Salesforce. LinkedIn's help says only Salesforce connects directly in Campaign Manager, and HubSpot and Dynamics 365 connect through Business Manager. LinkedIn's September 14, 2026 blog says Salesforce or Dynamics can connect directly in Campaign Manager. Check which your account shows. CRM Sync powers revenue reporting, the Companies hub Revenue view and auto-created conversions. LinkedIn's help doesn't describe it writing anything back to your CRM. First data takes up to 72 hours in Business Manager, then 24 to 48 more hours in Campaign Manager.
The Company Intelligence API is LinkedIn's company-level data feed for attribution tools: paid impressions, clicks, engagement score, leads, qualified leads, conversions and firmographics, with lookbacks up to 365 days (added in 202606), campaign group, objective and seniority filters (202609) and a job function filter (202610). LinkedIn calls it a private API for previously approved developers and says it isn't accepting new applications, so you can't build your own sync on it today.
HubSpot's LinkedIn Ads integration
Pick it if you only need contact-level attribution. HubSpot adds tracking to your LinkedIn ads and attributes contacts to the ads they click and convert on. Lead Gen Form leads sync to HubSpot even from ad types it can't track. Message ads, Thought Leader Ads and Document ads can't be tracked. HubSpot's help describes campaign-level metrics such as impressions and clicks, not company-level impressions on company records, so it won't show which accounts saw an ad without clicking.
Fibbler
Pick it if you want impressions and engagement on HubSpot company records at a low price. Fibbler matches LinkedIn companies to your CRM by domain and writes 7, 30 and 90-day impressions, clicks, engagements, paid video views, organic impressions, organic engagements and an engagement level into custom fields. It runs weekly on Sundays and only updates companies already in your CRM. Fields for companies that leave a window are emptied. LinkedIn doesn't report a company below 3 on the data feeding these fields, so they jump from 0 to 3. Its separate Ad Engagement Signals send newly engaged companies with no deal to your CRM, Slack, Teams, Clay or an automation tool, and can create the company record if it isn't in your CRM yet (Fibbler marks those "Created by Fibbler"). Fibbler says CRM Sync works with every supported CRM on every plan, but its plan table lists Salesforce only on Unlimited ($129/month) and Agency ($159/month) and says that on Growth, Salesforce "stays connected but no deals show up," so confirm before buying Growth for Salesforce. The Growth plan ($89/month) allows 3 active syncs.
Dreamdata
Pick it if you already use Dreamdata for attribution and want daily updates. Its HubSpot and Salesforce syncs write LinkedIn paid impressions, paid engagement, organic impressions and organic engagement for the last 30 days onto existing company or account records. Dreamdata doesn't create or delete records. Its docs list CRM syncs as an add-on for Business and Enterprise plans; the pricing page shows a free plan and custom pricing for paid plans.
Factors.ai
Pick it if you want engaged companies created in HubSpot, not just updated. Factors' HubSpot workflows can add or update companies, triggered by events such as a LinkedIn ad view or by an account entering a segment, and you map Factors properties to HubSpot company properties. Its workflow guide covers HubSpot only, though its pricing table lists HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho company updates from the Basic plan. Factors' Basic plan starts at $6K a year and lists CRM sync and workflows; which workflows you get depends on your plan.
ZenABM
Pick it if you want campaign names and engagement on company records to guide sales outreach. ZenABM pushes LinkedIn campaign impressions, engagements and clicks, 7, 30 and 90-day engagement counts, account scores and the campaigns each account engaged with into your CRM as company properties. HubSpot is on every plan (from $59 a month); Salesforce and Attio start on Growth ($159 a month). ZenABM doesn't publish its sync interval.
Tofu Ads Agent (our product)
Pick it if you want the pipeline view inside the tool that runs your ads. Tofu connects to HubSpot or Salesforce and shows account journeys from first impression through opportunity to closed-won. It writes dynamic UTMs back to your CRM. It doesn't push lists of companies that saw your ads, or their impression counts, into HubSpot or Salesforce, so pair it with one of the sync tools above if you need that on CRM records. It costs a flat $2,500 a month for the whole agent.
