Is there an AI tool that builds landing pages for my B2B Google Ads campaigns?

Yes, but not from Google: Google Ads doesn't build landing pages for Search campaigns, and AI Max's final URL expansion only picks an existing page on your site. Unbounce builds pages from Claude or ChatGPT through its MCP server. Instapage writes page copy with AI, and its AdMap links pages to ad groups on the custom-priced top plan. HubSpot generates a page from a prompt on Content Hub Professional. Flint builds a page per ad group and updates the final URL in Google Ads, at custom pricing. You still check the message, Quality Score and brand.

1. Google's own way: final URL expansion and lead forms

Google Ads has no landing page builder for Search campaigns. Instead it offers:

  • Final URL expansion. An AI Max setting, on by default when you turn AI Max on; it needs text customization. Google sends the click to the page on your domain it predicts will perform best, only to "URLs that are query relevant and themed to your ad group," and can write a matching headline and description. The landing pages report's "Selected by" column shows the pages AI Max chose.
  • Lead form assets. A form inside your Search or Performance Max ad, so a lead can sign up without visiting a page. You need a privacy policy and a good policy compliance history. Leads go out by CSV (last 30 days only), email, the API, a webhook or Zapier.
  • Diagnostics. Quality Score rates landing page experience "Above average," "Average" or "Below average" against other advertisers on the same searches over 90 days (the Landing Page Exp. keyword column). Google calls it a diagnostic tool, "not an input in the ad auction."

To make one page change by keyword, Google's {keyword} ValueTrack parameter can pass the matched keyword to your URL. It returns a blank value when an ad matches without a keyword, as with AI Max, so your page needs default text.

2. Unbounce

Unbounce's MCP server, on every plan, connects to Claude and ChatGPT. Unbounce says you can generate a page "from a brief, copy doc, or the brand guidelines and design systems saved in your AI assistant," or from a Figma design, and host it on Unbounce. Its builder has an AI copywriting assistant that rewrites, expands and summarizes. Dynamic text replacement swaps headlines and text to match what each visitor searched, so one page can serve many keywords. Smart Traffic sends each visitor to the variant most likely to convert. Unbounce's own claim, with no study cited, is that this gets "an average of 30% more conversions."

Its Script Manager adds Google Ads conversion tracking or Google Tag Manager to every page at once, and it connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier and webhooks.

Cost: Starter is $29 a month ($22 billed yearly) for 5 pages and 500 visitors. Build is $99 ($74) with unlimited pages. Experiment is $149 ($112) and adds A/B testing and dynamic text replacement. Optimize is $249 ($187) and adds AI traffic routing. There's a 14-day free trial.

Limits: Unbounce's pages don't say it reads your Google Ads account, so you match pages to ad groups yourself, by cloning pages or with dynamic text. The MCP server can't edit pages made in Unbounce's builder until you convert them to its format.

3. Instapage

Instapage's builder includes AI content on every plan: "headlines, paragraphs, CTAs, or copy variations for A/B tests." Its AdMap reads your Google Ads account: connect it with Connect Ad Account (you need Admin or Standard access) and it imports your campaigns, ad groups and ads with their clicks and cost. Add Experience attaches a page to an ad, and Review & Push sends the change to Google Ads. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and Zapier integrations come with every plan.

Cost: Create is $99 a month ($79 billed yearly) for 15,000 monthly visitors. Optimize is $199 ($159) for 30,000 visitors and adds server-side A/B testing and dynamic text replacement. Convert has custom pricing and is the only plan with AdMap, ad-to-page personalization and AI experiments, which shift traffic to the better variant. Create and Optimize have a 14-day free trial.

Limits: AdMap needs the custom-priced plan, and the AI writes copy inside the builder; Instapage's pages don't describe building a whole page from your website.

4. HubSpot Content Hub

HubSpot generates a page from a prompt. You describe its purpose, audience, key content and tone, and can add up to five files for context. It drafts copy, images, forms and meeting links, then opens the page in the editor for you to finish. A Brand Kit sets your logo, favicon and colors. A Super Admin must first switch on generative AI in AI Settings.

Google Ads: any HubSpot plan can connect a Google Ads account to manage and report on campaigns in HubSpot's ads tool (you need Admin access in Google Ads). HubSpot's help pages for page generation don't describe matching pages to ad groups or keywords.

Cost: AI page generation and A/B testing need Content Hub Professional or Enterprise. HubSpot lists Professional from $450 a month with 3 core seats on an annual commitment, and Enterprise from $1,500 a month. Starter, which allows up to 30 landing pages, doesn't include AI page generation.

Limits: if you don't already use HubSpot, Professional costs more than any Unbounce or Instapage plan with a public price.

5. Flint

Flint builds new landing pages "matched to the campaign, ad group, or keyword driving the click." You can upload a spreadsheet of campaigns and ad groups and get a keyword-matched page for each, describe a page in chat, or build through its API or a Claude MCP. Flint says it reads your design system so each page matches your site, and you can run A/B variants.

Its Google Ads Agent connects in one sign-in and suggests negative keywords and dedicated pages for ad groups that point at a generic page. When you approve, "the page ships to your domain, the final URL updates in Google Ads." HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager and PostHog keep running, and HubSpot forms still capture leads.

Cost: pricing not public. Both plans, Enterprise and Enterprise 360, charge a flat monthly software fee plus a percentage of the ad spend Flint optimizes, which today means Google Search spend. Flint's ad landing pages page also offers a 14-day free trial.

Limits: you need a live public website first, because Flint imports your brand from it. Publishing on your root domain needs a one-time reverse-proxy setup that may need an engineer. A fee tied to ad spend grows as your budget does.

What do these tools still leave to you?

  • The message. AI drafts from what you give it, so check every claim, number and customer name. For the ad side, see AI tools that write Google Ads headlines and descriptions.
  • Quality Score. Whatever a vendor promises, watch the Landing Page Exp. column after launch, or include it in an AI audit of your account.
  • Brand. Each tool learns your brand its own way, so review the first pages closely.
  • AI Max. If final URL expansion is on, Google can send clicks to another page on your domain instead of your new one. Use URL exclusions or switch final URL expansion off when a dedicated page must get the traffic.
  • Crawling. Google says to make sure your robots.txt lets Google AdsBot crawl the landing page, or the page can be reported as not found.

How to choose

  • Already on HubSpot Content Hub Professional: generate pages there, with forms and meeting links from your own account.
  • A few campaigns and a small budget: Unbounce's Experiment plan gives keyword-matched text and A/B tests for $149 a month.
  • Many ad groups that each need their own page: Instapage's Convert plan (AdMap) or Flint, both at custom pricing.
  • No budget for another tool: one well-matched page per theme on your own site, plus lead form assets.
