What's a cheaper alternative to Supermetrics for getting LinkedIn, Google and Meta ads data into one report?
TofuAnswer by the Tofu team · checked

For a monthly report, you may not need a paid connector. Data Studio (called Looker Studio until April 2026) is free and has a Google-made Google Ads connector, but Google makes no Meta or LinkedIn connector. For those, export CSVs from Ads Manager and Campaign Manager into a Google Sheet, or pay for a third-party connector. Supermetrics Starter costs $55 per month ($44 billed annually) for 3 sources. Cheaper options that cover all three platforms: Windsor.ai from $23 per month, Coupler.io from $32, and Porter Metrics at $39.99 for three accounts.
As of October 2026.

1. Each platform's own reports and exports
Every platform lets you get your data out for free. What differs is how much you can automate.
Google Ads. From a statistics table you can download a report as Excel CSV, TSV, PDF, XLSX, XML or Google Sheets, and schedule it by email (for example daily or weekly) to you and other people who have access to view your reports. Google also has an add-on for Google Sheets that refreshes a report on a schedule and emails you. Its limits: Google says it's only available in the United States and in the English version of Sheets, and "You can only select one account per spreadsheet."
Meta Ads Manager. Meta's help says you can export from Ads Reporting as XLSX (formatted or raw data), CSV or PNG. You can also email a saved report on a schedule, but only for single-account reports ("Cross-account reports can't be scheduled for email"), and only people with permissions on the ad account can open it. For anyone else, export the file and send it.
LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Anyone with access to the ad account can download CSV reports at the account, campaign, ad set and ad levels. Report types include ad set performance, ad performance, Audience Network performance and professional demographics, broken down daily, monthly or for the whole period. LinkedIn's help pages describe no scheduled or emailed reports, so someone has to export each time.
The free one-report route: export from all three each month, paste the files into one Google Sheet with matching columns (date, platform, campaign, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), and build a Data Studio report on the sheet. Google Sheets is one of Data Studio's own connectors. It costs nothing, but the column names differ by platform, and someone has to repeat it every month.
2. Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) and its Google Ads connector
In April 2026, Google renamed Looker Studio back to its original name, Data Studio. Google describes it as "a no-cost tool."
Google Ads: Google Ads is one of Google's own connectors, so a Google Ads dashboard costs nothing. One data source connects to one Google Ads account, and "Google Ads users with manager (MCC) accounts can connect to and report on up to 50 sub-accounts per data source." Google also says report viewers need access to the manager account and the selected sub-accounts to see the data. Campaigns and ad groups with zero impressions don't appear, and Auction Insights data has been removed.
Is there a free Google-made Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads connector? No. Google's list of its own connectors covers Google products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360 and others), databases and files. Neither Meta nor LinkedIn is on it. Google's docs say third-party developers build connectors for non-Google products such as Facebook Ads. Google calls these community connectors, and several vendors offer them for Meta and LinkedIn. Some have a free tier: Data Bloo, for example, says its free LinkedIn Ads connector covers 1 account and up to 300 daily refreshes. They are third-party products with their own terms, limits and support, so read each one's terms before you connect an ad account.
3. Supermetrics: the price you're comparing against
Supermetrics has connectors for LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads, among many others.
- Starter: $55 per month, or $44 per month billed annually. 3 data sources, 3 accounts per source, 1 user and 1 core destination (its list includes Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, and AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT).
- Growth: $222 per month, or $177 billed annually. 6 sources, 7 accounts per source, 2 users.
- Enterprise: quote only. This is where data warehouse destinations such as BigQuery come in.
- Trial: 14 days, no card needed.
LinkedIn, Google and Meta use all three Starter sources, so adding a CRM or Google Analytics means moving to Growth. The figures above are from Supermetrics' pricing page in October 2026.
4. Windsor.ai
Windsor.ai says every plan includes all its connectors and destinations, including Data Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Power BI and Excel. LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and Google Ads are all available.
- Basic: $23 per month, or $19 billed annually. Unlimited users, 3 data sources, 75 accounts, daily refresh, up to 5 active scheduled syncs (each backfill counts as one).
- Standard: $118 per month, or $99 billed annually. 7 sources, 75 accounts, daily or hourly refresh, unlimited destination tasks.
- Free: a 30-day trial (10 sources, 15 accounts), then a forever-free plan with 1 source and 1 account.
- Limits: Basic's three sources fit LinkedIn, Google and Meta exactly, with no room for a CRM. Refresh is daily only.
5. Coupler.io
Coupler.io moves data on a schedule into Google Sheets, Excel, BigQuery, Data Studio, Power BI and AI tools, and says "All sources are available on every plan."
- Starter: $32 per month, or $24 billed annually. 3 accounts, 1 destination, 1 user, daily refresh, 5,000 rows per run.
- Active: $132 per month, or $99 billed annually. 15 accounts, 3 destinations, unlimited users and rows, daily refresh.
- Free: 1 source, 1 account, manual refresh, 100 rows per run.
- Limits: check whether 5,000 rows per run covers your data, for example daily rows per ad across three platforms. Coupler's LinkedIn docs note that LinkedIn limits analytics reports to 18 metrics per request, and if a pull times out, they suggest narrowing the date range to 30 days or less.
6. Porter Metrics
Porter Metrics prices by the number of data source accounts you connect (one ad account counts as one), with unlimited users on paid plans. Porter says a connected account feeds unlimited reports and destinations, including Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Power BI, Claude and ChatGPT, at no extra cost.
- Cost: $15 per month for 1 account, $30 for 2, $39.99 for 3, and $100 flat for 13 to 20 accounts. Annual billing gives two months free (16.6% off).
- Free: a 14-day trial with everything unlimited and no card, then a free plan with up to 30 days of history.
- Limits: BigQuery is sold as a managed service you book a call for, not as a listed plan feature.
7. Tofu Ads Agent (our product)
Tofu Ads Agent is an AI agent that plans, builds, launches and optimizes paid programs on LinkedIn, Google and Meta. For reporting, it has a pipeline view of account journeys from first impression through opportunity to closed-won. It writes dynamic UTMs back to your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), and it has an analytics agent you can ask questions in plain language.
It is not a data connector. It doesn't send data to Data Studio, Looker Studio or Google Sheets, so if you need a dashboard in those tools, use one of the options above. It costs $2,500 per month, flat, so it isn't a cheaper Supermetrics. It fits if you want an agent running the programs and want to see pipeline, not just platform metrics.
How to choose
- Google Ads only: Data Studio's free Google Ads connector.
- All three, once a month, no budget: native exports into one Google Sheet, then a Data Studio report on it.
- All three, automated, lowest price: Windsor.ai Basic ($19 to $23 per month, unlimited users) or Coupler.io Starter ($24 to $32, 1 user). Porter Metrics costs $39.99 a month for three accounts, and its free plan covers reports on the last 30 days.
- You also need a CRM or a warehouse: Windsor.ai includes BigQuery on every plan, and Standard gives you 7 sources. On Supermetrics, a fourth source means Growth, and BigQuery means Enterprise.
- You care more about pipeline than a dashboard: Tofu Ads Agent.
